Terms of service
These terms cover how TopTools works, what you are buying when you place a bid, and what we will and will not do with a listing.
What a bid buys
A bid buys placement on a public leaderboard for as long as no one bids higher. It is not advertising inventory, not a guarantee of traffic, and not a search-engine ranking signal. Outbound links carry rel="nofollow".
Ranking
Rank is determined solely by the bid a listing holds, highest first, with ties broken by whichever listing reached that amount first. We do not sell exceptions to this rule.
Listings we remove
We suspend or remove listings for malware, phishing, illegal goods, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, or content that misrepresents what the linked site does. A removal for cause is not refunded.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Listings may only be submitted for sites you own or are authorised to represent.
Changes
If we change these terms materially we will say so on the site before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that is acceptance.
